With all the options and choices that are available today in the skin care world can send you into a whirlwind of a tizzy and can be quite overwhelming. Today is a story about the Anew Power Serum why you need it in your life…

I love my skincare products and I remember that as I grew into adulthood and took my regimen more seriously, in addition to moisturizers and eye cream, the next step I added was a serum – Avon’s Power Serum to be exact. I don’t remember exactly when I tried it for the first time as I never thought back then that I would ever in my life be blogging and vlogging about products that I use and love. However, I do remember how much I loved the light, non-sticky texture and the uber light fragrance right from the very first time I tried this product. This serum feels silky on your skin, adds a boost of hydration and the packaging is just oh-so-pretty.

I’ve paired this serum with many many many different creams and lotions and I have to say that the BEST pairing I had was the Power Serum with the Anew Skinvincible Day Lotion with SPF 50. I had this sun spot on my top left cheek that haunted me for years…and I mean YEARS. I was so self conscious about it that I even asked my photographer to photoshop it out of my engagement photos (which he didn’t, as he said it’s barely noticeable) I was probably more aware of it than anyone else, but after trying SO many random things, Avon and non-Avon, I pretty much came to terms with my sun-kissed cheek. Then the Skinvincible line came out and I wanted to try a new daytime moisturizer. I was still using the Power Serum so I just replaced my AM moisturizer. It took a bit of time, probably 8 weeks or so, and then one day, I was looking through a series of photos I took with my hubs and I had to take a second glance…the sunspot left me!!

And it never came back…

And during that time, the only products that I was using were the Power Serum along side with the Skinvincible Day Lotion. I can’t even begin expressing in words how elated I felt…I was like a kid in a candy store, my son around Blippi, or my daughter around unicorns….I was absolutely on cloud nine. It made such a big difference and gave me confidence to go out sans foundation or concealer without feeling like the sunspot would be the first thing that people would see on my face.

**Please also note that I noticed the change way before 2020, but this was a nice clear photo that I could find relatively quickly between writing this blog and chasing after my son.
